Not suitable for chargers and power supplies

Buy a REARMASTER instead. This product is counterfeit. The plug was missing a few connectors and the DVR would not turn on at all. I think Revain is like eBay now and you can't trust products without making your own DD :(

Buyer Warning. Uneven performance.

Works unstably. It powers my camera and then suddenly stops. You won't necessarily notice it until you look at the footage and it's not there. As a test, I connected another USB cable and a cigarette lighter adapter and the camera works as it should. This charger is cheap crap and it's too late to return it.

Worked less than 30 days after purchase

Very easy to install and use with my DVR and has worked for a while. Unfortunately, the power switch on the cable somehow came loose and the whole device stopped working. I don't know how the power button came off as it's under my dash and nothing can touch it. I would not recommend this product.

The good thing is that it

I bought it to power my DVR but after installation my DVR worked even when the power was off. It turns out it's normal for the OBD2 port in cars, so I'm assuming this power cord has a power switch. However, it's not the cable, but it won't work for my application. But it's nice to have and the price is great so I'll keep it.

What I needed for chargers and adapters

I have a wireless cell phone charger in my car dashboard. This device removed a lot of the extra wires that were exposed and dangling. Keep in mind that this will provide constant power to any device you plug in, even when the car is off. My car is a Camry Hybrid so battery drain is not a big issue. But if your car has a dead battery and is left unused for a long time, it can cause it to discharge. However, I expect it will be a long time since it only draws a milliamp. 7/17 EDIT: After about 2
