The application used for this camera is called BVCAM. This application has stopped working. It cannot connect remotely (i.e. if you are not on the same WiFi network as the camera). This renders the camera unusable. You can see all complaints about this app in App Store or Google Play Store. The developer has several apps that do the same thing and they all stopped working about a month ago. Before that they were great. No response from developer. This little camera does exactly what it promises. It's easy to set up and use. It is noted that it only supports the 2.4GHz band. For dual band, check if 2.4GHz is separated from 5GHz.
