Convenient Storage Solution: Camp Chef Griddle Bag for SG100 Review

Fits. Just back. The three burner pan has a nice handle to hold on to as it is very heavy. But alas, the zippered pocket is built into the cone in such a way that the handle extends to the bottom of the pocket. That's stupid. So now I have to treat the pan with the fat side. Put in a bag. It doesn't work the other way because the cone is on the wrong side. I mentioned that you have to reach for the fat side to get it out of the box. Extremely annoying.

They are great in fact this is the third one I've bought but none of them have ever been wrong. Like all travel cook bags, it fits like a glove so you can't drop anything, you need to put it down neatly like you're putting on a glove. Once there it is so easy to transport and store. Btw, the reason for so many bags is because my buddy and I go on mass camping trips and cook for 200+ people using only camp cooking equipment. The pan weighs a ton and although it doesn't get much use it's priceless. So I often use this bag for storage and transportation when needed. The two zippers allow me to hit the center and use a handle that's welded to a ridiculously heavy pan, unlike the ones on the bag. I think I could trust them but it's so heavy and I can use metal so why not. This is practically the only option for the SG100 grill. I LOVE the top, used it for the first time this weekend and now I feel like a (woods) chef! The bad news is this bag. The day it arrives, put a frying pan inside to make sure it fits (they bought the wrong frying pan before) and set it on the garage floor and lean it against it. If you're looking for something to cover the three burner pan used on Camp Chef stovetops this will do just fine. The material is the same as other Camp Chef bags and the zipper is of good quality. My problem is related to the design of the bag. The straps that make up the handles wrap around the bag and ensure that the bag does not fall apart completely when carried.
