I bought a used bike with a new KMS chain. The KMC chain worked well, but after using Campy parts for over two decades, I knew something was wrong. The CCM chain was slower to the big ring (lagged), it was louder, it also didn't allow cross chaining (big with big, I could hit 53-23 but it bounced back to 21). - yes, sometimes you need to use x-chain to keep up).
