It was a bit difficult to find this product in the size we needed. I was trying to replace the grab bar on my RV. I found them and the size was just what I needed. Order, packaging and delivery are all great. The handrails are excellent. The screws, as many other reviewers will attest, are pointless - or worse than pointless - they're a waste of time and actually take time to remove once they've broken in half. I tried anyway and it broke halfway through drilling (and a small pilot hole showed the way).
