Great product and fast shipping.

Take your time to determine the correct dimensions/width. In order for the bars to fit our door, I had to extend the bracket wider than the instructions stated. Only 2 additional holes had to be drilled for this. Sturdy bars go a long way when using a screen door.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Poor quality, difficult to install

You'd think something so simple would be easy to install, but no. The kit included substandard screws that were almost impossible to work with. Even drilling pilot holes, the installation was tedious and sloppy. We got the deal we were looking for for the price but wish we'd spent more on a better product.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Negative present

Comfortable grip for quick catch.

Easy to assemble after determining the overall width of the handle on the screen and installing all the screws in the handle itself. The hardest part was getting the width of the grip to fit the size of the screen exactly. Once this is done, on-screen installation becomes much easier; although none of the installations are very difficult for the average do-it-yourselfer.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Lots of drilling required

After seeing this on many YouTube videos I got this to close our pesky screen door in our van. Pleased with its performance - helps to close the screen. But it was a small installation task. You not only need to drill the screen frame, but also need to drill holes to mount the rod. I just think there might be a better design for it.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Modern

Bar not durable for indoor use

This product is not very good. The black plastic in the center is hollow and flimsy plastic. Because it is not so stable in 5 parts. While it's easy to fit, if you have a swing door on your caravan, don't buy this! Spend some money on a solid rod from Camco, product 42183 - it's currently $18.82 on Revain as it's a much more reliable product. I had it in our previous caravan and thought I bought the same bar. No, of course it wasn't. I buy a Camco product and am modifying it.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Large Mesh Door Handle

My wife saw this mesh door handle for our trailer when we were camping so I bought it and installed it. My rating is for what the product is, not what people might think it should be. I had to drill about four pilot holes for the mounting brackets, otherwise the installation was easy. I didn't actually screw it into the screen door. I bought a diamond mesh safety net to keep our dog from shredding the net. I drilled four holes in the guard and used stainless steel mounting bolts and nuts…

Pros
  • Slim Design
Cons
  • Repair
