I bought this product in 2015, I had problems with it from the start, the "quick cut" never worked properly, you have to press hard to keep it in the rail and after 5 minutes of recording it moves , so you have to hold it over and over again, very bad. Another situation is squeaking noises between parts, and if you're recording direct audio, that's a problem. The quality of this product is really BAD, some parts were broken. I will never recommend this brand.

I was a little hesitant to get these pens but VERY glad I did. They are well built and the full set on my rig was larger than expected but not bad in my opinion. Adds some weight to my rig. This is also the first time I have had a set of "Quick Mount" or "Quick Release" grips. I wasn't so sure if they would stay safe. Very decent handle rosettes for a hell of a price. They seem solid enough, almost entirely metal. Virtually no flex. Highly customizable, meaning you can tilt, pan, and rotate the knobs on almost any axis. The knobs turn tight and the sockets don't move when closed. Rubber handles are easy to grip.
