I use it with my Nikon ED 80-200mm lens (screws into the lens itself, not the camera) with it it is comfortable to hold over time to capture wildlife and other distant objects! It's much easier to control all the weight and keep it stable enough for my D750 to do the rest of the movement.

This works great on my Weebil-S. I think it's more functional than other pens twice the price. In addition to the 1/4" attachment point at the end, it is covered with 1/4" and 3/8" points for attaching multiple accessories. Almost all other pens only give a point at the end. They look more ergonomic, but I find this grip more than comfortable. Open vents even add breathability. Very satisfied. The market needs to come up with a new design to improve this. I bought two of these mounts and may buy a third. They are durable and very useful for various outfitting situations. In addition, they can be used for short tripod extensions and are thick enough to be used as handles. With two mounts I bought they form the parts of a very strong cage for my iPhone combined with various mounts and other components (see pictures).
