Super comfortable and well made.

This is very impressive quality, especially for the price. I would put them alongside a lot of the high end professional grips I've used and they will sit alongside and be a lot better for some and at 1/10th the price.

Does what I need

Does exactly what you expect it to. I have fairly heavy shoulder gear and I will say that the spacing between the bars would be more comfortable for ME if they were a bit wider. When I'm not using a matte box or an external monitor, this is perfect. I use a fairly heavy camera with a 5d iv and a Tamron 24-70 g2 which is a massive lens. Overall for the price it really couldn't be better.

Unfortunately not a good buy and similar problems from other buyers

The grips seem fine at first but when delivered ALL the screws holding the teeth in the middle of the handlebars were loose. I finally found a screwdriver to tighten them and some were already torn inside and the knobs couldn't be fixed. It has so much potential that they just have to fix it because it shakes the handles and unfortunately renders the whole product unusable.

The locking mechanism works well and I like the small form factor to pack away.

I was looking for a well-made and reliable recording system for my DSLR. I've used very cheap and very expensive pens and wanted something in between. These match this account. They feel solid, the locking mechanism works well, and I like the small form factor for packing in a backpack. I have also had good experiences with CAMVATE products in the past. I had to tighten some of the hex screws holding the panels out of the box but I find this to be an acceptable compromise for the price. I would
