They do what they say very well

First of all they cut cardboard with amazing ease, I can't describe how much better straight scissors or cardboard scissors make these cardboard scissors. This makes cutting cardboard for my worm bins bearable. The downside is that the handles are very uncomfortable without gloves. If they used a larger radius on the front grips than the back, it wouldn't be a problem. The handles dig pretty hard into my index finger. Gloves are better. Despite these shortcomings, they are still 1000% better…

I love this Japanese instrument

I love this Japanese instrument! Cardboard is very cut! However, when cutting, it is difficult not to damage both sides of the cardboard. So I have to be careful and plan ahead which side won't last. Also, it is not easy to cut a curved shape. But it's definitely a tool for cutting thick cardboard. I've injured myself several times (arms, shoulders) just by cutting cardboard with a utility knife. The CANARY "Dan Chan" corrugated cardboard cutter from the same brand is a very good tool for…

Cons
  • I have problems

These scissors allow me to quickly work on large and small projects I do with cardboard and other thicker materials. I've had some heavy scissors before, but they are designed in such a way that the handle/rest of the scissor body prevents me from cutting a straight line. My fingers/hands are also less tired. The only thing I really wished for was a built in spring like some other heavy duty shears, but I haven't found one with this particular style or shape. I do a lot of DIY and crafts so…

Exactly what was needed!

Take this review as you will. These Canary Cardboard Scissors are FUN-TAS-TICK! They were EXACTLY what I needed to properly dispose of ALL the boxes I had accumulated over the Christmas holiday. THESE scissors worked PERFECTLY to cut ALL the boxes Revain sent my purchases into small pieces that easily fit in my kitchen bin. They cut through even the thickest cardboard without much effort. And they are HOT! (As evidenced by the scars on my fingers.) Which worries me. Why the heck does Revain…

The whole box in my house is shaking with fear!

good thing. Very beautiful! I own an online greeting card shop and an art print shop and sometimes I need to put different pieces of cardboard in the packaging to protect the large pieces. I have scars on my knuckles and fingertips to prove how annoying cutting cardboard can be. I prefer to use scissors rather than blades because I need a clean, straight cut on the cardboard when I put it in my package. I need cardboard for protection, but I also need it to look pretty! Do you understand what I
