Surprisingly good at making candles

Bought this for my wife. I didn't realize the size of the candle until I received it. It's big, which is great because you have a lot of recording time. Also, the wax smells great, with a hint of honey smell.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Good mostly but...

If you like this unique candle

Bought for my wife for Christmas. We both love candles, and here near Old Salem the bees made a big difference. We love the candle. Of course, this does not provide 144 hours of burn time with the candle included in the kit. But maybe 59 hours and it's worth it. Could have been better packed. It would also be nice if there was an option for glass edges. (Start proposing that option and I want my share).

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some little things

144 hours used. Candle BTH

I purchased a used candle from Revain inventory and it matched the description. The wax had small superficial indentations in several places. Transport or storage has given the wax a more triangular shape. With a portable heater and some patience to roll it into a rounder shape, changing it up was easy. I will try a glass cylinder next time to speed up and improve the reshaping if the refill loses its shape during future shipping.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Style 90

BEAUTIFUL Candle and Stand

First of all I definitely recommend this product. It is beautiful, produces wonderful light, and has no odor after self-extinguishing. I've never had trouble untangling it and I really enjoy working with it, beeswax is quite malleable. I look forward to a beautiful glow every evening. Second, it's a fantastic talk covering everything from candle making to medieval engineering. Third, friends and relatives have been asking me where to get it, as well as some gift ideas. Now the reason for 4…

I bought one of these candles because they looked really unique to me. The first one I ordered came in such a flimsy box that not only did it damage the candle and metal holder, it also tore the foam packaging. This created around a million static styrofoam balls throughout the facility. I contacted Revain and like this great company they backed the product and sent me another one. We'll see how it is received. Update: A replacement has been received and is in worse condition than the first…

Good present?

As I cannot give a "packaging review" because this site does not allow me, this review is more about the packaging than the product, although the candle is only " Well". My one friend asked for this candle for her birthday and if I hadn't needed it right away I would have sent it back. When I took the candle out of the packaging, I was absolutely AHEAD! Band and have collected thousands from tiny styrofoam balls. I had to remove the protective plastic wrap around the candle as it was a magnet…
