I bought a little snowy owl in a wax warmer. It doesn't download when I plug it in. He melted my wax cakes in less than 30 minutes. I would say that it can hold up to 2 small cubes at a time. I've only ever used 1. It looks beautiful when it's on. I am already trying to decide what other heater I will buy next from the same company.

I liked that the candle warmer looked exactly like the picture. It came in a very nice box with all the instructions/information. Haven't tried cleaning it yet but I'm sure it can be fixed. The owl glows when plugged in and is neither too bright nor too dark. It's actually perfect to keep in the closet as a night light or whatever. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

The only good thing about this product is that it's a cute ceramic owl. I left it on for an hour and the wax hasn't melted yet (photo after it's been on for an hour). It's not removable, so cleaning can be tricky - it's a one-piece piece. I am definitely disappointed with this product. I would return it but not sure I can since I've used it.

I ordered this owl heater about 5 months ago and it was amazing! To date there has not been a single problem. The lightbulb burned out, like all lightbulbs after a while. never mind I ran to Wal-Mart and bought 4 packs of 15 watt lightbulbs just for heating. All burst, one after the other. I'm trying to contact the seller so I can just buy a replacement part (just below) if that's something at all.

I love this plugin! I wanted to free up countertop space and also be able to use a wax warmer, that was great! The plug heats up quickly (it also gets VERY HOT, so be careful when turning it off to drain the wax!) I was pleasantly surprised at how snugly it fits the wall so it doesn't fall out or tilt. And it is very attractive when the whole body is illuminated. It fits one wax (two will probably overflow, especially if it's not plugged in), enjoy!

I'm bananas for owls so I was excited to get these. Looks nice but isn't really functional. It's too heavy for the base and wants to tip forward, increasing the risk of spilling melted candle wax on the floor. If you have pets or small people I definitely wouldn't buy this. I foresee bad things when he scores. Don't leave it on when you leave the house. I regret not returning it. On the plus side, it melts the wax and doesn't burn the house.
