I was told that they are great for embroidery. They look and feel great but unfortunately 6 of them were torn from their threads and had ink stains on them and although they are not large you can still see them and I cannot sell them as I only want to offer quality stuff . I still have to wash them, so I'll be back to let you know.

I embroider and sell towels. My customers live with the color of these towels. They hold the embroidery well. I haven't had a chance to wash them yet, but I've been embroidering them for the past year and have never heard a complaint. However, embroidered towels are primarily used for decorative purposes, so I cannot comment on their absorbency, color retention, or shrinkage. Overall serves my purpose.

I wanted to stop wasting paper towels in the kitchen so I got these. Liked the colors, quantity and price. They feel pleasant, the thickness is in no way inferior to a kitchen towel. No fluff! If you buy them, wash them before use as this will soften the towel and improve its absorbency. They're not bad on arrival, but a bit stiff. Also bought because they are made in India. Indian cotton is a good material (soft, good quality, well made). I will buy again if I need more!

I bought these when finding full size paper towels was becoming difficult. Pleasantly surprised that they are much better than paper towels. I've never liked having a kitchen towel hanging in the kitchen to dry my hands because of the microbial factor, so I used paper towels instead. But with them I've bought enough to be able to get 2 clean ones out each day and it's so much better! They soak up everything and don't tear like paper towels.
