The Thudbuster seat took only 15 minutes to install. It smooths out big bumps like potholes, but the road vibrations are still there. Thick tires reduce the amount of trifles. It was expensive but less than most alternatives.

Bought to replace an original post I got 12 years ago. The new design is much better and I really liked the old one. The shape of the hub has been changed, as has the overall shape. New slimmer and cleaner design. It feels a bit heavier but I'm not that weight addicted otherwise I'd put a suspension seatpost first.
