My dogs LOVE this. I add it to my food as a topper. It's very thick, but my dogs don't mind! This actually makes it very easy to mix it up with your pieces. I originally bought this because my old dog with kidney disease doesn't always want to eat, so I'm always looking for something he enjoys.

The most expensive product I have ever bought for my dog. I also buy their pellets and dehydrating vegetable mix. In February my dog had a liver blood test that was 230. In December he had a repeat blood test. Doc said his liver enzymes are 163 and 160 is normal. My Buster is 14.5 years old and I know it has to do with him eating these alkaline foods! This will forever be his food and any other dogs I adopt in the future!

That would be great food as my dogs love tripe "BUT" the water content is extremely high, 1/3 is water. Seems like a pretty high price for so much liquid. I will not buy this brand again due to the high price of diluted food! Message to the company that makes this edible if you reduce the amount of liquid you add to this edible let me know, I will buy again but only if I'm not paying for diluted tripe!

Unfortunately I purchased several of these items before researching one of the ingredients, Guar Gum. This stabilizing agent has been linked to gastrointestinal upset, including loose stools and bloating associated with gas. And as pet parents who only want the best for their two dogs, I will not expose them to these avoidable health risks.
