Description of 📷 Canon EFS 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM Lens Bundle: Value Kit with Acc #9518A002 - USA

Excellent optical quality and true wide-angle coverage with select digital SLRs. Superior AF performance and speed, with full-time manual focus by simply turning ring. Close-focusing to 9.5 inches -- fill the frame with subjects as small as 3.6 x 5.4 inches. Relatively compact size and light weight for an ultra-wide zoom lens. Inner focusing system (no front element rotation); length doesn't change if zoomed.

Impressions from the purchase are good, buy.

Because I was going to South America, I decided to get the lens before I left. I had no idea that the landscapes would be so bizarre; without a wide-angle lens, all I could do was bite my elbows. If you click on the website, you can check out the end product. processing of all photos exclusively in lightroom, photoshop - sharpening during batch resizing (batch) of course, I choose the photographs that appeal to me the most; nonetheless, this decision was made. Got pros: the primary benefit of…

Not a bad purchase, worth the money.

Bought at the beginning of 2022, after a rise in price. I also looked at sigma 10-20, sigma rose in price more and the difference between prices became insignificant.

I have been using this lens for interior photography for many years. Reliable, never let me down. The image quality after processing suits. It is clear that it is not "Elka", but for my tasks it is almost ideal. - this is my video about this lens with photo examples.

Pros
  • Wide angle! Acceptable sharpness.
Cons
  • It catches hares, well, this is the norm for wide-angle optics. No hood included.

Well done, but I wont buy any more.

Rented for vacation. Used with 60D. Just perfect for shooting landscapes, architecture, panoramas. The zoom, although small, helps out if you want to take a larger subject. It is not always possible to approach, and crop is almost always a loss of picture quality. The lens vignettes, but this is as usual - some plus, some minus. Acomuple of examples: ? page=1 ? page=1

Pros
  • Lightness, zoom, focusing speed, compactness and of course a wide shooting angle
Cons
  • There is HA, standard distortion in the corners of the picture

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

Excellent creative gl,complete with a polarizer gives amazing shots of the sky. At first I wanted to buy a token, I tried 4compies, three had a strongly pronounced front focus and one had a strong back focus. Canon stood up perfectly first. The front lens sits deep enough, so side illumination is not disturbing. And if it still shines, then the hood does not save, it is not needed here. Sample photos can be viewed here ? The photos are made in HDR so the sharpness is a little lower than in…

Pros
  • Lightweight, compact, very sharp, ultrasonic motor. I use on 50D My copy is very sharp, focuses clearly and without misses. Although it cannot have misses, when focusing from a meter onwards, it is sharp from 0 to infinity at any aperture. In principle, he doesn’t need a stub, the lens is compact and the movement with it is not particularly noticeable. Nothing comes out, dust does not . I shot them both in the rain and in the snow - everything is fine, nothing was covered.
Cons
  • Many people write about the fact that there is no lens hood in the kit, I bought it separately, I don’t use it, I don’t need it, only if I put it on in the rain so that the filter doesn’t flood. As for distortions - what do you want, all widths distort reality, and they are not portraits at all.

The product suited me, I will recommend it to my friends.

In general, the lens is good. I'm happy. I took a lot of beautiful landscape shots on vacation. Suitable exclusively for landscape photography, in fact, for which it was developed. Gives a wide viewing angle and all the details fall into the frame. The result is stunning. I remind you, with a polarizer - this is a bomb. Photos from the lens can be viewed here

Pros
  • Wide angle, interesting picture when shooting landscapes, especially sky and clouds. Together with the polarizer, it gives an amazing result. The front lens does not rotate when focusing, which makes it possible to use filters.
Cons
  • Smudges along the edges. There is no clarity and sharpness. Didn't expect this from Canon. You can’t photograph people at all, you get elongated faces and torsos. It just needs to be in the center. And when zoomed in or cropped, people's faces are also blurred. For other objects it is still acceptable.

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

Always include a - depending on the reference point you're using for your comparison. To be clear, I am not comparing these glasses to others of a different width I have never tried; rather, I am comparing them to standard spectacles across all price points and in all fields. Along with the 28-300L, this lens is now part of the duty set. In other words, it's a fantastic photo. Lightroom now automatically and effectively corrects aberrations, geometry, and vignetting, so I won't bother writing…

Pros
  • large view The Reproduction of Colors Clarity in the focal area Weight (relative to the professional series) (compared to the professional series)
Cons
  • They're pricey, and not all of the 77 of them are a suitable height. Quality of the edge Obviously, it's not as sturdy as an elka, but the weight difference is quite noticeable. A dark band appears in the middle of the image when shooting with a circular polarizing filter (CPL; I suppose this occurs at all wide angles), so think carefully about whether or not you actually need one.

The product is usable, I expected a bit more.

ordinary lens, nothing special. differs from the whale only in a wider angle. after acquiring the first Elka, I felt what L is, the difference is crazy. Conclusion: if there is no money, but you want a wide angle, you can take 10-22; if you can save up, it's better to be tempted by 16-35 2.8L, it's tastier, though after that you'll have to buy 5DMK2 :)

Pros
  • wide angle on crop
Cons
  • soap on iso 100, soft, dark

Good wide-angle lens

This is a good wide-angle lens, but the edges of the image are slightly deformed. All in all this is a pretty good lens as there are very few wide angle lenses out there for Canon.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Not sure

Fantastic EF-S wide-angle lens.

I tested this lens with a T3i body and a black and white polarizer. The results were incredibly phenomenal. Too bad Canon hasn't developed an EF equivalent yet. You will love this for landscape photography if you have a T3i.

Pros
  • Accessories
Cons
  • Hard to say
