Good product for me, no problems at all.

Despite a bunch of lines in the "flaws" almost all of them do not affect anything. The only noteworthy drawback is the lack of more than 30 fps at 1920/1080. In dynamic scenes, it is very noticeable how the image twitches. I'm happy with the fotik. I did not expect such convenience and functionality. I donโ€™t even remember which of the purchases of equipment (not just photos) brought as much pleasure from use))))) At the moment, among crops (not only Canon), he has no equal. Take it and youโ€ฆ

Pros
  • In general, everything is fine. Before that I used 400d and 650d. The focusing system (both through the finder and through the screen) is SIMPLY SUPER! I changed the camera just for the sake of the autofocus system, I expected less). It is very convenient to change focus points without looking up from the eyepiece (there is a new special button next to the shutter button). Compared to ANY OTHER DSLR, autofocus in video is just euphoric! ))) The camera is very comfortable. A lot of individual button settings "for yourself". After playing for one hour after the purchase and taking 650, I was pleasantly surprised how uncomfortable 650 became))) Noise is not less than 650, but the noise (I looked only in JPEG) is much less annoying and, one might say, is harmonious or something)))))) As in the 650 convenient touch rotary screen. Often helps in photographing "from the ground", "over the heads"))) It is also convenient for me that the screen can be rotated 180` and closed - it will not be scratched, broken or spread. People who write that the touch rotary screen is not reliable - they simply did not use a camera with such a screen! 650 I yearned with me everywhere. Parties, light rain, froze and rolled it repeatedly in the snow (I ride a snowboard), the camera fell - the result is the same, the screen works and does not break. The 70d has the exact same screen. Fast-firing, it produces a series of ~ 15 RAW and more than 50 JPEGs. Retained the common LP-E6 battery. There are some good ones that are not expensive. You can control the camera via a smartphone or tablet via WiFi, it's convenient. Digital zoom for video (with approximately a threefold increase, there is no interpolation. The signal is taken from the center of the matrix. It is convenient if you took only a width for a walk, but you want to take a larger picture). It is possible to customize the viewfinder display (reminiscent of the T800 terminator))))))
Cons
  • There is no auto-shutdown of the screen when you look into the viewfinder (it was in 650, why didnโ€™t they do it here ?). Not easy, the quality of the plastic seems to be a little better than that of 650, but not ice (if it gets dirty, it's not easy to wipe off, there are stains). One slot for memory cards (if you shoot video with low compression, the card will quickly become clogged). There is no built-in autofocus backlight (I canโ€™t understand this at all !). Own new handle for batteries (worth oh-hoo!). DOES NOT REMOVE VIDEO at 60 fps at 1920/1080, autofocus does not work in video when using digital zoom, the built-in stereo microphone picks up noises and clicks from the lens motor and from the control wheels, there is no way to apply creative filters when shooting video. Maybe it seemed to me, but in the video mode and "live picture" it eats the battery very quickly! In my opinion, a little expensive (I took it for 35,000 bodysuits). Not enough dynamic range. in comparison with the 650, nothing has changed (in this regard, nothing has changed since the 550d, and almost 4 years have passed, they could have expanded it). WiFi is not friendly with video. If WiFi is enabled, then when you try to shoot a video, the fotik swears, the video does not shoot and offers to manually turn off WiFi. What if I want to turn on the video remotely and refocus? Rave. There could have been more creative filters. After much thought, what else is "terrible" in it, I came up with another drawback! There is no way to set a password))) So that the girls do not have the opportunity to delete "bad pictures"))))))))))))

The ratio of price and quality is very pleasing, I will repeat the purchase.

This is my third DSLR after 1100d and 600d. Chose between 60d and 7d. 60d and 600d are basically the same. The 7 is a great camera, but a little outdated (there are no newfangled things), although it lies more solid in the hand, but the joysticks seemed more user-friendly on the 70d. So, what did I get when replacing 600d with 70d? 1 - Built-in lens adjustment! It is set up in an elementary way, remembers up to 40 lenses by serial number. 2 - A slightly enlarged physically matrix (hence aโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The most important thing to note is that this is a really semi-professional camera. All the declared functions are there and work perfectly. Changed matrix and focusing system, in comparison with 60d. It is equivalent to the top crop - 7d (the difference in the viewfinder field of view is 98% versus 100% and in the rate of fire - 7 frames / s versus 8). Slightly worse characteristics in terms of rate of fire and viewfinder are compensated by the presence of all sorts of fashionable chips - WiFi, a touch screen and so on.
Cons
  • The only thing that causes inconvenience is the lack of a hot button (and the inability to assign it) for white balance.
