Excellent camera + lens

Easy to use, advanced features. Excellent picture quality out of the box. Well constructed. You don't get more for the money with cameras with a similar form factor.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Fine

Easy to use, high quality

This camera is the best travel camera. It takes a little time to get used to not having a viewfinder, but the screen works with you as it rotates! You can hold the camera above your head and still see what you're capturing, as well as take good old-fashioned, high-quality selfies. I can take it anywhere, it fits right in my purse. The touchscreen and dials make it easy to adjust settings. So many modes and settings to play with. The video is so sharp and let's be honest most of us don't need 4k

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Amazing Camera: DSLR Cameras

Camera Works Great. Makes great videos and photos. You have to be very careful with that screen on the back. I've already smashed it by knocking over the tripod and it landed on a padded backpack hanging by my closet door. I don't understand how it broke? But lesson learned, be very careful with that. I've since bought a neoprene sleeve that I put on when I'm not using it. I still love the camera. It's big and light, but very strong and durable. This combo is also a great deal, saving you about

I love this camera! Great kit!

I'm a heavy Canon user - I've upgraded from a Rebel XT to a 40D and 5DMKII. I bought my wife an EOS M3 a few years ago and have been very happy with its performance - I just needed a bit of speed to match the central focus of my 5D II. That's it. I lose the full screen style but gain a lot of nice features by using it instead of the 5D in my bag. And with the 22mm f/2 kit, I'm consistently impressed with the image quality. I don't like some of the other EFS-M lenses that much, but I carry an…

Big camera features in a small body.

In my previous life I used professional cameras (Nikon F2, Mamiya RB67, Graflex 4X5 etc.). In Canon's mirrorless range, I've used the M2, M10 and M100. My favorite feature is the location of the under/over exposure controls. I sometimes find myself in strong backlit situations when photographing available light. By dialing in +/- Exposure, I can see on the touchscreen how much I'm compensating for and what my result will be. Also, I can go back to zero compensation without taking my eyes off…

and I'm generally happy with the results

The Powershot GX 3 I bought to back up my EOS 7D Mark II didn't work due to a drastic drop in IQ. I decided to try the EOS M6 after reading about mirrorless cameras and realizing that the M6 has an APS-C sensor. I took it to the Botanical Garden to be photographed the next day after receiving it, I am generally satisfied with the result. I mainly shot the EF-M 18-150mm and rarely used the EF-M 11-22. Both lenses took some decent shots and reduced the overall size and weight of my gear. I've…
