Canon TS3122 Wireless Inkjet Printer Review

Ink cartridges were full, boot disk included, set up 3x, all instructions followed but still not printed. - It said "fixed", I should have known better. I had to return it.

The cartridges were damaged and installed in the printer, the Windows software CD is missing. Lately I've had to return some items because they were out of stock or the cartridges weren't full.

I think this printer is pretty decent to use and for the money I paid. It works for what I bought it for so I'm happy. The only complaint is that I can't get the sharpest print on the printer after thorough cleaning and various tests.

A very disappointing purchase. Never used before unless I buy a newer upgraded computer! More NIB. I've also been buying Canon printers every year for years (until you get rid of them) and this new model looks lighter and cheaper. I will not buy Canon again.

This printer is not immune to idiots! If you're tech-savvy, you can set it up properly. My problem was that I couldn't automatically connect to my router, so I turn on the printer, press the network button until I see a moving light on the screen (meaning it's searching for a network), then leave I go to my router and press the WPS button. After that, sailing went smoothly.

That wouldn't be me. :) Canon support materials need help if you can find it. Once you do that, each step will be a message and ill-considered. Replacing cartridges can be a real adventure as success depends on the device recognizing the cartridge. I just spent over THREE HOURS before the new ink cartridge was finally APPLIED! I'm a light user or I would replace this one in a heartbeat. There are far better options out there and Canon has been crossed off my list for the future.
