I love Canson Mix Media paper

I love Canson Mix Media paper. I bought their blue Mix Media XL pad and was happy with it, but this one is even better as the paper is a bit thicker (138lbs vs 98lbs for the XL pad). I use colored pencils most of the time and paper is great for my hobbies :) I've never used it extensively with watercolors, but it requires a decent amount of watercolor and gouache.

I didn't like anything about it

I didn't like anything about it. Doesn't even deserve ONE star! In one of the corners on each of the pages, including the entire notebook, all pages have "curled corners" and they are not repairable. The same corner must have been wet earlier because the sides are "wavy". Also, this corner has been bumped on to something dirty and discolored around the edges. I understand that I'm not a Picasso, but I don't think it's acceptable, didn't have to go through quality control. i give it back Did I…

Pros
  • Drawing paper
Cons
  • Excessive price
