The only thing I could wish for in a product would be a side pocket that was a bit bigger or more elastic to fit in a container of (hot/cold) water. I ordered this because I have classes every week and it helps me to be more organized and not have to deal with books, tablets and binders. Also, it's great for meetings with my clients as I can take my brochures and information sheets for wrinkles and a non-professional look. Very practical separate case for driver's license, credit cards, pens and a few cosmetics to touch up before the meeting. The color is great because it goes with every outfit.

The bag itself is excellent - the material and build quality for this money is hard to argue with. Feels very reliable and structurally sound. Unfortunately, it arrived with a terrible chemical smell that took two washes to remove. After washing, the bag proved to be reliable. But I didn't have to remove anything from the product that smelled like fish pie mixed with gasoline.

The style, structure and size of this bag is exactly what I was looking for, but it smells awful. I've washed it twice, sprayed it with fever spray and it still has a lingering chemical smell. Smells like curlers. I hope this smell goes away because otherwise the bag is great.
