Too small! -- my new rating

My daughter wears a child size 9.5/10. I bought the 10.5 thinking it was half a size bigger. Incorrect. Not nearly. So I sent them back and ordered a size 11.5 again. Still too small! How is that possible! He was basically the same size as 10.5!?! Oooh is that possible? I don't even know what to try now because the size chart is wrong, the shoe size is wrong and none of it works.

So I recently bought the Capezio Girls' Show Stopper Jazz Dance Shoe in Caramel for my young daughter who loves to dance. The shoes look amazing and the color I chose looks great on stage. However, there were a few issues that lowered my overall score. At first the shoe size seemed wrong. Once I had to exchange it for a smaller size, which became quite a hassle as I had to wait for the exchange pair to arrive. Invalid color specified.

I ordered caramel color and Amazon sent me black, I didn't even get the right color. When I ordered them from another seller the shoes were too narrow, I ordered 11 my daughter usually wears 10.5, they don't fit her wide foot, the size is too small.

This company disparages the Capezio brand

I will never buy from this company again. I had to buy these shoes for my daughter's virtual holiday gig. Due to the pandemic I had to guess my daughter's shoe size and it turned out to be too small. Again, I was unable to return these shoes for a refund within 30 days due to the pandemic and I believe this company denied my refund request for this reason. Now I'm stuck with trainers that are too small and never wear. The best part is that I ordered a larger size from Capezio myself and even…
