The 3/8 in. Drive Shallow, Semi-Deep and Deep Impact Socket Set is a collection of most frequently used 3/8 in. drive impact sockets in metric sizes. Premium Chrome Molybdenum steel tempered with our proprietary heat treatment process to withstand more torque from power tools. Expertly coated with manganese phosphate, the preferred coating in military and aerospace; it offers superior protection and corrosion resistance compared to black oxide coating on other impact sockets. 6-point WaveDrive design grips fasteners more tightly than traditional design, preventing fastener rounding and giving you more leverage. 45-piece set includes (15) 3/8 in. drive shallow impact sockets, (15) 3/8 in. drive semi-deep impact sockets, and (15) 3/8 in. drive deep impact sockets in the following sizes : 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 mm. Comes with a billet aluminum socket rail made by Westling Machine in the USA.

The ball detent will not hold the socket if not aligned with the hole.

I hate aligning the ball detent with the socket hole. If you don't line up the ball detent on the socket, you will end up dropping the socket. For the price I was expecting something like this. I am somewhat satisfied with my product based on the price and the number of outlets you receive. Update: They are holding up very well. The inscriptions on it are not erased. I have been using them daily in a professional environment for about 1 year. The bushings seem to hold up better without ball…

Excellent but the drive hole is not beveled

This is a good set with no gaps. The included Westling outlet bowl is great. I like it so much that I replaced the rest of the spout bowls with it. This is a typical mid-range socket set. There is nothing special or noteworthy about the design. They're probably strong enough for professional use and certainly strong enough for hobbyists. My only complaint is that the socket mount side is beveled, but the drive side is not. Sockets without a chamfer are inconvenient to mount on a power tool…

Capri Tools 3/8 " Drive Master Impact Socket Set

Very nice socket set. Appears to be well built and has lasers and engraving. They don't snap, but unless you're a mechanic who makes a living off wrenches, I don't see anyone needing more. A lifetime warranty is great, but who knows how difficult it can be to get a replacement. These are used for all my regular wrenches and a set of Capri 1/2 sockets for high torque bolts. In general I am satisfied with the purchase, although not cheap. I wish I could buy American made outlets but they are way…
