Description of Capture-fm Physical Auditing

These software packages are designed to make asset and facilities management a lot easier. Capture-fm is designed with several modules to show you what assets you have, who is responsible for them, their location, financial information, PAT testing records etc., and a complete audit trail is available for audit and insurance purposes. Capture-fm mobile enables the use of handheld devices to to collect asset information that is then then transferred to the Capture-fm database system

Great way for tracking assets and information

I like how easy it was to get all my data together in one place so I can quickly look up any info about an item or person when needed. It's not always updated as well (if at times only 1 day old) which makes searching difficult sometimes but overall works great! Nothing really - this seems very accurate/reliable if used correctly & regularly by employees working within your organization. Just be sure they're using proper procedures such as entering into program properly before updating…

  • Very intuitive interface with little learning curve required.
  • Great way tracking physical assets through their lifecycle
  • Abilityto add comments directly onto report pages without needing other software

Solid system with room and potential growth

The ability to track equipment in real time across multiple sites or departments is very useful. I am able to keep up to date on all my equipment (not just mine) at any given moment. It's easy to update when something needs to be added. Not much. There was an issue where it would not recognize some serial numbers but after updating the program everything worked fine again. If your looking for one stop shop, this may work well for you. We needed a way to keep our inventory updated without having

Great alternative for capturing tasks and making sure you never forget about them

The user interface has been simplified since I first used it years ago - now there's only one screen instead if four or five screens which helped me memorize where things were when working in other systems! It would be nice though as this makes managing projects much more convenient (not having so many tabs open). And being able to send email from within capture fm also made life simpler than using another platform like Outlook/Outlook 365 at work does not allow sending emails but requires an…
