It does what it claims to do. Most of time.

I used this with their dome for almost 4 months. I had no problems with failure. The biggest complaints I could point out is that bungee cords were plentiful, one per hole, including the ones that came with the top. And second, the corners don't hold together and tend to let rain through. A few more grommets - 2 or 3 in the middle of each one they pitch and a few more elastic cords and it will make the whole tent last longer. Note. I cheated the shelter by adding a 1 3/8" top fence track and…

Poor quality control and terrible customer service

I bought two sets of side panels and found the quality control to be terrible. The spacing of the bushings from the edges was very inconsistent, as many of them were very close to the edge, reducing strength and increasing the likelihood of them falling out. In fact one bushing was installed in such a way that about half of it snapped off the material and of course it pulled out with just a slight tug. The seller was completely incompetent in his answer, asking me for serial numbers (on the…

Please Read Good Information Medium Quality Item

Quality OK. Difficult to set up, easy to set up alone or with an assistant until you do it a few times. With only 5mph winds this is a great sail. The stakes and bindings are flimsy and not worth the trouble. I have 16 foot rebar and 1 inch ratchet (tie cords). Good for a sustained hit at 20 mph. Take LOTS of ball bands. Poor quality and they stretch quickly. Good for a temporary picnic but take care if you intend to use this as a sales tent, take good care of each part, roll up the tarp…

Cons
  • No Automatic

I replaced the Shelter Logic side panel and end kit with this one. Let me first highlight the positive aspects. These pieces have more grommets along the bottom to attach the tarp to the ground or base. Well that's a plus. The overall height is 6-8 inches less. The walls thus end with a large open gap at the bottom of the tarpaulin. This kit was fitted to a Harbor Freight canopy canopy and the Harbor Freight does not have a side panel or 10x20 canopy end kit. The shelter logic kit I used before
