Need a gate that extends up to 52 inches for the back porch. It worked perfectly! I highly recommend this to everyone! Works great and can be outside! The castle is a little different. but once you understand how to use it to open!

Used on the top terrace to extend the gate. Works well. Be sure to leave enough space below. On our old deck, the gate swings close to deck on the outer edge of the gate. It is the poles that are no longer fully vertical if they ever were.

We use it on my mum's patio to keep the dog and baby off the lawn. I like the look of it and it's easy to install. However we had two times when I thought I had locked it and the dog came out. Basically we are satisfied.

The deck builders were skeptical when I presented the gate to them. But after installing the gate and seeing how easy it was to use and how strong it was, they noticed the brand and one of them said he would buy one for his little one. We're going to paint the poles black to match the rest of the deck railing.

We bought two, one with a 10" extension and the other with a 21" extension. I like the gate - so attractive and look very solid. Reading the reviews I expect it to be used in rain, sun or snow for many years. We've replaced the tension bars that you had to constantly adjust and twist sideways to get in and out, which was a pain in puppy training!
