Received the goods and was disappointed to find that both pens were floating in the box, torn from the original packaging. The outer packaging also had a hole and all the rivets were missing. (Assuming they were actually in the box, but the instructions say they were delivered. I'll put my rivets in instead of messing around with returns.

The instructions are weak. Notice the back of the rivet, how far it extends into the area where the wider support arm meets the smaller one. The rivet can get in the way and prevent the larger support from being placed on top of the smaller one. I had to drill and set different rivets. It was hard to find rivets strong enough and short enough to work.

I bought these to replace the original handles on my 1995 Fiesta trailer tent. They're even better made than the original set, but they needed a bit of tweaking to make them work. They are fastened with a rivet as the original used two rivers. The position of the bolt that actually holds the hood mounts was also about 1/2 inch from the original position. A few new holes from a cordless drill and everything fits perfectly. I also had to use two #10 washers to take out the mounting rivet so it…

I received this item today and was very disappointed when I opened the box. First, the original packaging appears to have been opened, with the attic handle floating within the main carton. Second, when I found it, the handle was riddled with scratches and the paint was worn off. Looks like it has been used before. I'm not sure but I'm very disappointed. The second lift handle I bought is in much better condition although it still seems like the paint is peeling and I haven't even taken it out…
