Great Communication Solution: CareTeam

CareTeam has been a great success for our organization. It has allowed us to have a more efficient and effective way of communicating with our patients and their families. It has also allowed us to have a better way of communicating with our providers. It is a relatively new product and there is a learning curve. It is a great product but not perfect. I would say that the customer service is a little lacking at times. I would also say that the product could be a little more intuitive and easier

Very easy and efficient way make sure many remote locations collaborate

The ability for my office to connect via video conference calls has been very helpful. I like that you can see who else from your organization are online. Sometimes it's hard for me as well because of our location but we have found ways around this issue by using zoom or google hangouts instead. It would be nice if there was more flexibility when scheduling meetings so everyone could schedule their time accordingly without having conflicts/missed appointments etc.. Great for connecting with patients and medical team

CareTeam has been great to work with. They are always quick to respond and extremely helpful. I have been able to use CareTeam to connect with the patient and medical team to ensure my patients are being seen for their appointments and that they are being treated as a person and not a patient. It has been great to be able to keep the patient in the loop of their care plan and progress. I have not found anything that I dislike about CareTeam. Great to track patient care and progress

I love that it can be used by different people at multiple times during their day or week for various reasons (check blood sugar levels/results from testing done earlier). It's great if you have more than one person working as part of your medical staff but not all providers are able use this tool effectively - don't think everyone will like using something so new! We're trying out several tools right now in our organization including Google Docs & Slack however we've found them less efficient

Great User Friendly Software with many features

The ability for one person or more than 1 user can take ownership of their own portion as well so that there are not multiple reports floating around trying different ways at keeping everyone up 2 date etc..also allows reporting into other platforms such has Epic/Cerner allowing me access from home without needing IT assistance when I am working remotely!
