It slipped right into my trailer hitch and the safety pin, which I put right in and locked against theft. I'm 6ft 200lbs and my 60 year old bones don't allow me to jump on the back of a Nissan Titan anymore. This step allowed me to step on it, then walk to the bumper and then lift my foot over the tailgate. It's just as easy to come down. I didn't notice any wobble and the tread is solid and provides traction without the risk of slipping. It's not too noticeable to interfere with belaying, so…

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • some little things

Worth every penny! Fits hitch accessories

For under $25 you can't go wrong with this level of hitch. I almost bought WeatherTech but read that they bend in the heat. Regardless of the price, I'm willing to pay less for a stronger, cheaper hitch.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Available in white only

Just out of the box first impressions

The powder coating was in excellent condition, no wear or manufacturing defects that I can identify. Fits seamlessly into my 2" uhaul receiver (then secured with locking pin).

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • No specs

Rear bumper step External accessories

Couldn't dry the RV bodywork after washing Tacoma. So, tried this step and it works great. I can easily crumple the back of my shell. Looks solid and well made, I don't take it off because it can protect my bumper from drivers getting too close.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Works: External accessory

The stage is as advertised. I am 73 years old and need an intermediate step between the floor and the bumper on my F250 4x4 to help me climb into the back of a truck. I used a ball hitch but it wasn't very safe for stability, this step allows you to take a step and is much more stable, the surface pad is large enough to add stability and physical safety when getting on and off provide truck bed. .

Pros
  • Always welcome
Cons
  • Fits

Inexpensive side stand for your hitch

Sometimes I have things on the roof of my Forester that I wish I had a side stand in the back to help me with. I often carry a step stool with me but thought I might need something else for a recent trip. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I don't plan to use it often. It's probably not as secure as some of the other, more substantial steps I've seen, but it does the job and has some raised areas to prevent slipping. Does what I need without a big price tag and small enough for easy…

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Some bugs
