Good bricks, good retail price

Was very happy with the bricks, some flat edges for the base, some glued flat together for the platform. Bought 2 boxes of 90 gallons as a good start. I'll have to buy a third box when I'm ready to expand later.

Good stones are good for decorating an aquarium

Very happy with my package. Nothing is broken. All pieces are large. I soak the stones overnight. The next day I brushed and washed her again. I put a rock in a set tank and not muddy water. Much cheaper than the local store.

  • Hands free operation

Bigger stones but perfect size for all aquariums except nano

So comments right? The box arrived almost undamaged. There is practically no dust. Lots of large rocks to use as a foundation or break up and use for aquascaping. There are no complaints at all about this stone.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

Good buy so far. suitable for aquarium decoration

Beautiful stones. I just flushed them under the hose for a few minutes and put them in the tank. The tank was only clean after a few hours. An update will be added after the tank is looped. Update: The stones cycle well and have been in my tank for quite some time. I would recommend these stones for launching tanks. They don't wear out, they cycle well. If you are building an aquarium from scratch and don't want to pay a dime for an overpriced live rock, I would go with these. Sizes and shapes…

Great live rock.

the box arrived in good condition. The chunks are heavy, I don't know exactly where the 50% empty space is. I drilled and carved the stone so there was no gap in the middle. This is a good cornerstone, virtually unbreakable. I think the small parts were inserted to add weight, I really don't think they broke in transit. It's possible that when you first mined it, there was more void/empty space in the rocks at higher ground levels. It's good value for money, especially considering the shipping…

Excellent rocks. - Aquarium Decor

A few months ago my wife gave me a "seawater aquarium" as a gift, which was really just an empty glass case, a stand and a lot of work. Fast forward 2 months and now I'm writing a review on stones. I'm not a rock specialist or rock expert, but they seem to be pretty good stones. Lots of textures and holes. Good shape and size (large and medium). I bought 80 lb stones and although I didn't weigh them they definitely felt like 80 lbs. If I ever need to buy stones again I will definitely be buying

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Brief instructions

A MUST HAVE AFRICAN CICHLIDS

This stone is perfect for African cichlids. Many reviews complain that the stones are covered in chalk upon arrival, but to be honest that's not a problem. I unpacked the stones, sprayed them individually with a hose, then put them in a large bucket and rinsed them with water for about 20 minutes, draining the cloudy water from the bucket maybe 3 times. Then soak overnight and rinse again in the morning and they'll leave your aquarium sparkling clean as it was. They are also good for the pH of…

Great rock. suitable for aquarium decoration

I just bought two boxes of this stone for my new 125 gallon saltwater aquarium and I love the look of it. I've always bought live rock for its beneficial aspects, but lately my live rock purchases have been accompanied by unwanted hitchhikers, which gets annoying after a while. Live rock can also be a challenge to place in the aquarium without tipping over. This rock fits together like jigsaw puzzle pieces and I feel like I don't have to worry as much about my hippo's tail getting crushed by…

  • Nice to use

  • The list is getting long.

Great reef stone, worth it, almost perfect.

DISCLAIMER: I purchased this item for $83.23 and NEVER received anything free (or off) in exchange for a review. There are so many bad reviews on Revain right now that I've started adding this disclaimer to my 4/5 star reviews to let people know I'm a regular paying consumer. Didn't you know that a week after I received my stone the price dropped to over $6, that's a whopping 15 cents a pound! But for that I gave the skirt 4 stars. I really like this breed and now that the price is lower it is…
