This tray is a standard dining style. It's larger than the one I've had before and is much better suited for meals or snacks. They are great for serving large batches of food on the grill or pan. I usually cover them with aluminum foil and use a layer of parchment paper for raw meat going on the grill, this makes cleaning easier and the foil works well as a buffer for hot meat and veggies if they come loose. The trays are reasonable for hot food, but don't leave them near a heat source after it's all on the grill. For the FIRST TIME I ordered just one to see if it was the right size for my purpose. I've had it for a while and use it as a food tray in the kitchen.
