Feel secure, easy to install, good value for money

I was very keen to buy this RV lock especially for my wife, she loves the idea of not having to take keys to open it to open. The kit also includes a remote keychain, which can be really useful when you're trying to download something and your hands are full. This is a well made RV lock, feels very strong, much heavier than the one originally fitted to our RV. I was a bit scared at first because of the price, but safety is very important! Easy Installation Best in Locks

Received Revain driver delivered and installed in less than 10 minutes. If you're skilled enough to brush your teeth, installation should be very easy. You literally just swap out 6 screws to remove the old latch. 6 to install a new one. 2 screws to access the battery compartment (I used Duracell Ultra batteries instead of the batteries that came with it). Fantastic fit, easy install in 5 minutes, we had a bit of programming issues but we contacted Carmtek and they sent us more detailed instructions which worked. i love this lock Could you please follow these exact steps WITHOUT paying attention to the beeps: 1) Press and hold the "Reset Code" button for 7 or 8 seconds (regardless of whether you hear the tone or not) 2) First press the "8 ' and then, while holding down the 8 key, also press the "LOCK" key. Good materials, good assembly. But.

Home appliances are expensive, but hey, they come with a lifetime guarantee. Works perfectly. When installing, make sure you leave the four locking screws loose until the very last step. First tighten both counterparts. This allows these screws to push the latch flush with the edge of the door. Also the numbers 1 and 6 don't light up, but after watching a video on this site they don't light up either, so that should be normal. Be sure to watch this video while programming. Great keyless locks

I like the freedom of not always having to have a key to get into my RV. Making extra RV keys is not the same as car and house keys, and after so many failed key duplications, they have become a life saver. Now I can call my friends at the campsite ahead of time to turn on the air conditioning on hot days. :) These units are sturdy and appear to be of high quality, so I'm very happy with them.
