Received Revain driver delivered and installed in less than 10 minutes. If you're skilled enough to brush your teeth, installation should be very easy. You literally just swap out 6 screws to remove the old latch. 6 to install a new one. 2 screws to access the battery compartment (I used Duracell Ultra batteries instead of the batteries that came with it). I chose not to change the strike plate as mine worked perfectly and looked just like the original on my camper. Programming was very easy. Just follow the simple instructions. Press 8 while holding Strike Block. Then enter the default code 1234 and block. Then enter a new code and block it 2 times. Everything is ready. Very simple and much more secure than the original lock that came with our van.
