Carna4 Handcrafted Chicken Dog Food - 6-Pound Bag Review

This is the top rated food on the Cavalier Facebook page and my Cavalier King Charles loved this product. The delivery was very quick.

My dog is not a picky eater at all and would only eat from this food for a few days. I thought it was the hardness of the pellets so I chopped them up and tried dry and wet feeding but that didn't work. The quality of the pellets and the ingredients are excellent, so I was very sad that my dog didn't like it.

I am switching my dogs to this product. Very impressed with the ingredients, preparation process and safety measures taken by this company as was my vet. Both dogs are quite fussy and have digestive issues. To this day, this feed works very well. I'm finally feeling pretty comfortable with the integrity of my boys' dog food. Oh, and most importantly, they REALLY love it!

I personally didn't like it and my dog didn't like it. Some time after I left the bag open (my fault) Buddy threw away entire pieces of food so I'm not sure what that means. Not much has changed but I haven't fed him that long, probably like a month or so. I finally settled on Fresh Pet refrigerated pet food after trying many different types of high quality dry dog food.

I give 3 stars for the effort that goes into making a good product. I bought 3 pounds. Bag last week and the first few days seemed to have gotten off to a good start. So I decided to get another bag (it's in my USPS mailbox), on the 3rd day she vomited and had diarrhea. Now my 15 year old Jack Russell won't eat it and I have to feed him hand fed chicken and rice. I would like to return it as it is not open at all. Can I reject it and return it for a refund?

This brand was recommended to me by a nutritionist and my chihuahua mix loves it, usually hates kibble and won't eat until hungry. When I converted her old cable to Carna4, she only chose Carna4. She left food scraps! she has never done it, she always waits until she is hungry. This is a very good top quality healthy dog food, I highly recommend it, will definitely keep my Charlie on it.
