Decent but breaks easily

I liked it enough. Got the job after calibrating the air for wood density. However, the drive blade broke before I even finished 1000 square feet. It could just be an accident that broke it so quickly, but it really sucks that their warranty doesn't cover something so important to the tool. I also have a heck of a lot of time to find a replacement because they don't have one for sale.

Pros
  • High quality fiberglass rubber mallet will last for years installing floors.
Cons
  • Very expensive

Good value for money for small projects.

Ideal for small projects and inexpensive compared to renting. I laid almost 200 square meters with it. Oak parquet feet 3/4 thick. Ready to use right out of the box and effortlessly clears two paper jams. Would have gotten 5 stars but couldn't use it straight away as the swivel connector was broken and could be connected to whatever hose I had (3 btw). However, no problems after reconnecting the defective plug.

Pros
  • Lightweight design reduces installer fatigue during prolonged use.
Cons
  • Without automatic

My situation is that about 2 years ago I laid about 200 square meters of bamboo strands. It took longer than expected and ended up costing around $200 for the HD rental. I don't think Revane wore that nailer back then, but I wish they were. The material laid with the HD nailer started to crumble in places and as far as I can remember the nailer wasn't nearly as smooth as this one. Some of them could be operator error. But now, fast forward, I'm repairing and carrying that same bamboo to the…

Pros
  • that will last for years.
Cons
  • So far so good
