Preserved what turned out to be a damaged used engine.

Delivery was fast but the motor was damaged. The cable insulation was damaged in several places on the motor. and the engine looks shabby and used. I was not expecting that. The box had extra layers of tape which leads me to believe it was eventually installed and then resold. When your air conditioner breaks down, you need a reliable source for replacement parts. I cannot recommend this seller.

This thing is so easy to install

I have a 1989 air conditioner that needs a new motor. Bought because the specs were the same (PS/RPM) as my system (very important for people). I was concerned that the installation would be difficult, but not even close. I removed the old one and installed the new one in 30 minutes. Couldn't believe how easy it was. They even added a hard start kit as suggested by the air conditioning technician as the system is very old. All in all, a new motor, hard start kit and condenser were installed on…

The engine does its job and saved a lot of money.

This motor saved me about $300 compared to finding a company to replace it. It's been running for almost a month now, it's very quiet and keeps the ventilation and air conditioning working well. For this reason I have to give 5 stars. A IMPORTANT recommendation I have is to take the support studs that go all the way from your existing engine (assuming same model number) and replace them in this engine before you start. I have worked in HVAC for about 2 years and by hand for the last 10 years…
