Like colors, size, photos of food in the corner to remind you of meat or vegetables. But the one I use the most is slightly warped so of course it doesn't lay flat. However, the grip side is strong enough that there are no slips or other problems.

They are very handy for cutting fruit, veg etc. I love that I just fold the bowl and tap and the food goes in. For me there is a small but big problem. There had to be a hole at the top so they could be hung. You have to drill yourself.

I buy these because I'm sure they don't harbor bacteria, especially since I can wash them in the dishwasher using the sanitize cycle. If they were small (let's say 6 x 6 inches) I would buy them for really small jobs like chopping fruit or chopping a small amount of herbs or vegetables.

I have large versions at home. I thought I could do without something, but I found that I really miss it. They are very easy to clean and store away and will not slide on the counter. Would definitely buy again unless you're slicing cabbage or large chunks of meat which may need more space.

Sturdy construction, non-slip backing is a plus. Easy cleaning. I read another review where the reviewer said cleaning was difficult due to the non-slip backing. My guess is that it could be because you abused the cutting board and put food on the non-slip side. Flexible enough to be bent and poured into a small container. Happy with the product.

I am very happy with these colorful cutting mats! They are durable, easy to clean and do not slip when cutting. I love that each color is coded specifically for fish, meat, veggies, etc. Not only are these cutting board mats perfect for my small kitchen, they are also very economical! I highly recommend them!

Having gotten one from Ikea I prefer small plastic cutting boards, they are easier to clean and use when not making a big meal. However, this plastic sheet can hardly be called a sheet because of its thickness; Maybe twice as thick as a plastic folder... But it's still usable and pretty cheap, so you can still buy it.

I bought these for fruit and veg when I was only slicing 1 or 2. They were exactly what I was looking for, perfect size, good strength and non-slip backing. Bright, cute colors and even labels for different meats and 1 for fruit/veg. Also portable, perfect to put in your work bag. Great price it would make cute stockings too!

They are not as flexible as the larger sizes in which they are available. The larger ones can easily be bent into a shape that allows you to stack your cut pieces in a bowl or pan. However, this smaller size doesn't flex as much and hardly ever does. So they don't meet my needs for flexibility. It's a pity that this small size is not as flexible as the very large ones from the same manufacturer.
