Carters I always expect it to run a little small but this top fits perfectly and she has worn it several times with different bottoms from white leggings, jeggings and white shorts. It fits well. Super cute on her. Easy to wash and dry. The only thing that annoys me is that the little purple tie doesn't stay tied in the front, but other than that I love it!
