When the panda fits your bottom perfectly. I would give 10 stars! It's super charming. However, when I scoop water, bubbles come out. Too bad I'm a tea/coffee/milk lover.

the cup was the size of a teacup and the chicken was off center. I got it as a gift and my friend was thrilled. There was a sticker on the box that said 3D Cock Mug, so beware of that.

As already mentioned, it is shorter than a regular coffee cup. I think that's more than enough for a cup of hot tea. I'm not a tea drinker but bought this for a young boy undergoing cancer treatment and it will be the perfect size for him.

I bought this because I thought it would be funny to see the expression on my wife's face when she takes a few sips of coffee and sees an animal she is from inside views the mug. Didn't get the look I expected but the mug is fun and enjoyable. I like the mug, it's cool and nicely made and doesn't look cheap.

She liked it and thought the panda was very cute and a pleasant surprise. It's very tiny - smaller than I expected so she didn't really drink from it but just loves to look at it.

It's really cute but the packaging is complete rubbish and the handle was torn off when we received it. This is the most fragile package they could use and it has no padding. It also holds about 1/2 cup of liquid, so it's definitely not a large cup. It says it's safe to use in the microwave, but even after 30 seconds it can be burned while the contents are still warm at best.
