Great tool for market research & customer insights

It has helped us to understand our target audience, what their needs are and where they go when they shop online or offline from stores we have been working with. The dashboard shows all this information which helps me decide my next steps accordingly. I would like it if there was more integration with social media platforms such as Facebook so that posts/comments can be monitored at one place instead of having two separate dashboards. We use CASA mainly to find new customers who may not know…

Lead Tracker for cross channel marketing

The best thing about casa was its ability to track all our sales activities, it helped us keep up-to date regarding each sale we made at any point during day or night time hours! There were some issues related to certain functions not working as intended but they have resolved those problems within few days after reporting them through their support team.. I would recommend using Casasoftware if your looking into tracking leads/sales across multiple channels like website & social media…

  • Salesforce integration , email digests for new contacts / prospects in case you wish ! Also provides an effective customer service experience too
