It has helped us to understand our target audience, what their needs are and where they go when they shop online or offline from stores we have been working with. The dashboard shows all this information which helps me decide my next steps accordingly. I would like it if there was more integration with social media platforms such as Facebook so that posts/comments can be monitored at one place instead of having two separate dashboards. We use CASA mainly to find new customers who may not know about our brand but might need some product recommendations.
