This ring helps me a lot! I often dropped my phone, which is not good at all. But the carpal tunnel grip is not always good, so the ring helps. Matches the color of the iPhone I have perfectly. And the price was cheaper than the Casemate website. After a few weeks the ring broke! The screw fell out on both sides. I am so angry!

I liked this idea and it worked great for a few days until the ring detached and fell apart. At this point I couldn't get it out of my $40 CaseMate case! I messed up the fuselage removing the ring. If the ring breaks, the CaseMate must also replace the CaseMate housing.

So after reading reviews about the bolt going out I found a solution. I apply clear nail polish to the screw hole and let it dry completely. This is to prevent the screws from falling out. I also put a coat on the middle of the center and on the bottom of the ring to keep the polish from rubbing off (which I also read was a problem). I love it so far! I hope this helps others who are considering buying it.

I received the Casemate phone ring on February 19, 2019 and attached it to my phone case a few days later. Today is May 20, 2019. A week ago the pin holding the ring fell out. I tried putting it back in place but it didn't stay. This morning the needle fell out on the other side and the ring came loose! Even though this item is only $14.99, I expected it to last more than 3 months! Casemate usually produces fine products. Come to Casemate, you can achieve more!

I'm actually really sad because I really like this ring but my first one I had was about 9 months old and the pin was coming off the hinge (just my iPhone better to hold the XR and as a stand for watching videos) so I ordered a second one in May and the stylus came loose again after just a few weeks.Very disappointed because I love everything about it but have to find another phone instead because it is pointless if it just flips over and won't stay in place at all Fix the pin issue Casemate…
