Cashel Bit Cheek Guard Pair Review

The photo shows the guards have a slot and velcro so I can easily put them on, but they are strong so the bridle has to be taken apart to put them on, the goods are ok, just not the way i wanted it.

I need this for a happy mouth and it doesn't fit :( but luckily it fits for other parts so the protection is fully closed and leave no gap to the hook edges, the drill diameter should be less than 3/4 inch

Hole too small for anything but very thin cutters. I tried it on my Nat but the velcro barely reached, leaving a gap guaranteed to chafe.

they are tall i would say if you want something understated this may not be for you. They are well made and I ride 5 days a week if not more. It's been 6 weeks and they haven't come loose and still look new. I will definitely order more

So easy to use. Used once and they worked like normal ones. If I ever need it, I will most likely buy them. I remember struggling with those gummies. This all lasted 30 seconds. Just make sure the Velcro is facing away from the horse's mouth. I can't imagine the velcro side rubbing against the horse's mouth being funny.
