Very well made. Looked through 4 cheaper water bottle cages while my friend was using this one. She still has it and is in good condition. Highly recommended.

This bottle cage has been hanging on my saddle for many years and I bought it as a gift for someone. I love it! It keeps the water cold and provides easy access to the bottle on my western saddle. I ride every weekend and spend up to 5 hours in the saddle so having the water at arm's length is great! The only thing is that the black color is starting to fade but it still does what I need. Definitely a good buy!

Overall I like this bottle cage. It fits regular plastic/disposable water bottles as well as reusable ones. The lid or part that holds the bottle in the holder is very east to open and take out the water bottle, no fumbling is required to open it. Attaching it to my western saddle was a bit tricky. The holder has a large Velcro closure at the top and double threading at the bottom. Maybe I'm not really attached, but I did my best. It hits my saddle a bit, but it's not bad.

I don't usually write reviews but if you're like me when it comes to horse gear you'll be exploring options until you finally settle on one that seems to work for others! We all know we're strict with our gear! I ride westerns and mainly ride trails during the day.
