They cover the rings well and protect my horse from any discomfort. I knew I could count on a quality product from Cashel.

I had trouble keeping this cover in place. My .

I'm having trouble keeping this cover in place. My belt is pulled taut enough, but for some reason it shifts a bit. I also have a black and white spotted riding horse and this one has yellow spots on her white flanks.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not bad

Comfort and quality

I like how the buckle closes on both sides and it's more comfortable for my horse. She doesn't get tight anymore and I know she appreciates comfort. It's a little tricky to fully tighten the cap while holding the cap, but after a few tries you'll get the hang of it. Good product

Get this and prevent the tight horse problem

It's really good, even more than expected. So cute I was afraid to get them dirty. Ha! I ride a tall but skinny horse and he just doesn't like the metal pads on his flanks and who can blame him? Although he seems quite content as I put everything on now.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Functionality
