This little squirrel is adorable. Unfortunately, she can't keep the door open on the tiled floor. We put a layer of rubber mat on his butt and that helps.

Although the cosmetic quality is excellent, it is more of a decorative item than a doorstop. Yes, it's cast iron, but it's hollow, so it's very light for a doorstop; a can of soup would be heavier than this. You can easily adjust the doorstop to any degree of opening without having to bend down by simply sliding it into position.
