This base layer is a game changer for cycling enthusiasts! We are very well made but the size runs small especially in height. The back was long enough, but the front was a few inches shorter.

I bought Castelli thinking I was buying quality, but I received an item that was shorter than I expected (and I am only 5 feet 10 inches tall). tall, too tight in the chest, even when buying XXL (and I'm not fat, but I have a chest of 46 inches). I later bought one in 2 unbranded for less than $20 and they fit a lot better. So I wouldn't recommend the Castelli if you have an "athletic" build - it's probably intended for smaller European riders.
