🔧 Polyurethane Swivel Casters from CasterHQ Review

I used these casters for a DIY PWC. Works perfect. I can easily push my 800 pounds. PWC anywhere in the business I want, in any direction I want.

Wheels - everything that has been written about it. I installed them on a solid metal weld table that weighs about 700 pounds. The wheels roll great.

My workbench isn't that heavy, maybe 300-400 pounds loaded. But my ground is uneven, with a sloping bottom and an uneven slope. That means 1) I need big wheels and 2) they have to put the bench on two wheels when going up the hill. I had to leave it in the corner as it had cheap The Depot 4" rims (said to be 275# capacity) but with them it moves like a charm. I'm excited.

3/4" thick, 4' x 8' welding table. Together with legs and braces it weighed just over 1,200 pounds. After sitting in the same place for over a month I decided trying to move the table and it cost me everything to get it to move. Learn there are flat spots on the wheels due to the 3 times heavier weight. Wrote company, never got a reply.

Wheel locks work well. Other products I looked at weren't as cheap in this range. They work well and clamp the round tire. I have a 1200 lb sheet brake plus shears in two sets of 4. Both roll well and are easy to manoeuvre. I went with extra capacity in case I rolled and hit a rock or ledge in my shop. I didn't want the caster to get up and die on me. I find the extra money above what I could have been worth!
