Easy access control via role hierarchy + user permissions.
I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this software with little training needed! It's not perfect but there are ways around most of its problems which makes using catapult manage very user friendly compared other less popular options out in market today (like quicken).

I like that it is very simple from start till finish of putting in all my products. It's easy! There are no options which seem complicated or confusing at first sight when using this software but after going through them several times they become quite clear as well!! Nothing really bad about catapult so far i have used its cataloging feature once only with great results too.
