Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for an end-end Omnichannel solution

It is so easy! I was ableto get up & running in less than 10 minutes after reading about how it works with Magento2 CMS (which we were already using).

The team at NetSuite are extremely responsive when addressing any issues that arise during implementation or training sessions which makes us feel comfortable working together as partners rather then just another client of theirs - even though they have thousands across their customer base. Nothing really comes close but if there's anything similar out there please do let me know because our requirement has changed since this post :) We've been delighted by its benefits from day 1 such as ease of use/training etc plus being very scalable compared other solutions like Zuora who don't support magento 2 yet either!! And lastly having seamless integration between netsuites CRM module called Insight 360° vs Salesforce Chatter would be ideal however not essential now given current functionality provided by Insights.
